Lisaurus Tech After-Sale Service Policy 

Lisaurus Teah has strict and professional process in order to make give good quality control : Before sales, During Production,After production, After-sale Service.this policy covers only those defects that arise as a result of normal use of the product, 
and does not cover any other problems, including those that arise as a result of: 

A.. Improper maintenance or modification; 

B. Damaged by those actors who is not professional .

C. Bad operation environments, or natural disaster such as thunder, fire, flood and other acts of God.

D. Small damage of the appearance. Because you can repair the armor costume and dinosaur costume by yourself.



The details of the after-sales service policy is below: 

1.Walking Dinosaur Costume and Animatronic Dinosaur Model are 1-year-warranty
2.Hot Movie roles armor costume is half-year-warranty.

3.All products enjoy life time technical support, means you can contact us anytime when you have any needed help.



1. If the products have problem during warranty period(more than 3 month after received 
goods), the customers only need to pay the replaced components and come and go 
freight charge, not need to pay the repair charge. 

2.  If the products have problem after the warranty period, Lisaurus Tech also will maintain the products. And the customers should not only pay the replaced components and repair 
charge, but also need to pay the repair charge. 

3. If the customers find there is product models which Lisaurus Tech sent not correct or less 
shipping usually within 3 days after receive the goods. Lisaurus Tech will send the correct 
or less shipping ones to customers. And Lisaurus Tech will pay all expenses produced by 
our mistake. 

4. In order to help to save customers or Lisaurus Tech freight charge or other cost, it is better 
to send the maintenance products with the new orders together. 


5. Lisaurus Tech shall have no obligation to repair, or refund until getting pictures of the defective 
product from customers. 

6. This warranty is valid in any country that covered Lisaurus Tech products. 

7. Above after-sale policy only apply to products supplied directly from Junli Lisaurus Tech Co.,Ltd.
